Our mission is to learn your goals, maintain your property with preventative maintenance while working closely with you and home services contractors.
We will work with you to develop a property maintenance inspection schedule, manage your properties contractors, and keep your home in exceptional condition. We will shop contractors, prices, and verify all work is completed properly, timely, cleanly, and in a professional manner. We keep contractors honest and accountable!

Site visits take 1-2 hours and include visual inspection of the building, water, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, irrigation, and all general property systems.
$500 a month for 1 monthly reoccurring site visit.
$850 a month for 2 monthly site visits
$1000 a month for 3 monthly visits
$1250 a month 4 monthly visits.
$750 a month for 1 monthly reoccurring site visit
$1000 monthly for 2 monthly site visits
$1250 for 3 monthly site visits
$1500 for 4 monthly site visits
On is each site visit, pictures of all systems will be emailed directly to you for confirmation. Recommendations for additional maintenance or repair will be made. When you approve a repair. We will bid at least 3 contractors, communicate your options, and manage all repairs or improvements. We will document and communicate the repair and confirm your satisfaction of the project
Additional services are available. Ie; Marine and auto maintenance schedules. Ask us and we can quote your services accordingly!
